  I'm a Marketing leader with over 12 years of experience in Fintech, E-commerce and FMCG, having worked across scale-ups and IPOs. In the past 4 years, I've specialised in Customer Lifecycle for tech companies, focusing on driving revenue growth, customer experience and retention.

 

 I'm also an Executive Coach, passionate about helping people grow — both in their careers and personal projects.

 When I’m not deep-diving into customer journeys or coaching conversations, you’ll probably find me at a West End theatre or hanging out with my cat, who’s firmly convinced she runs the house.
